Robert Houk
Proprietor of Houk Insurance Group LLC. Hailing from the Florida Keys, Robert is an engineering major and entrepreneur, owning several successful businesses before moving his wife and two children to Georgia in 2005. In 2009, Robert began his insurance career and established Houk Insurance Group. He looks forward to many more years serving the community. Robert specializes in life, personal, and commercial lines.
Shelby Downs
The newest member of our team, Shelby joined us in 2018. She is a sub-agent specializing in personal lines insurance. Shelby is a certified paralegal and enjoys spending time with her little girl.
Vicki Jarboe
Vicki joined our team in 2017. She works part time in a clerical capacity and is our billing specialist. Vicki is a Kennesaw native with two children, a dog, and a cat (adopt, don't shop!). She is a proud advocate and mom for Down Syndrome, Autism, and Congenital Heart Defects!
Juliana Houk
Following in her father's footsteps, Juliana joined Houk Insurance Group in 2014 and specializes in life, personal, and commercial lines. Juliana has a degree in Wildlife Conservation and Forestry and is pursuing a BS in Business Management/Spanish. She has two children and a menagerie of animals.
